Parish Hall Rental

The parish hall is not available for rent to non-parish affiliated groups, but will be made available to the town of Miami Lakes for events that benefit the community at no charge upon submission of proper insurance papers.

The minimum rental for parish affiliated groups or individuals will be for 4 hours this includes set up and clean up time.

The rental fee will be $300 with each additional hour assessed at the rate of $100 per hour.
Evening events must conclude by 10pm.

A security deposit of $200 will be required and returned once the hall is left in perfect condition, garbage is taken to the dumpster, lights and air-conditioning are turned off, and the hall is securely locked.

PLEASE NOTE: Any Parish or School Activity will be given first priority for use of the Parish facilities.
If such conflict does arise, notification will be given.

School GYM Rental

Profit making groups

A minimum of 5 hours is required at a cost of $750. For usage that exceeds 5 hours a charge of $1,000 will be assessed. A security deposit of $250 will be required and only returned once the GYM is left in perfect condition, no damage is incurred, lights turned off and gym securely locked and clean.

Groups that represent other Catholic Schools

A minimum rental of 3 hours is required at a cost of $250 with each additional hour assessed at the rate of $100. A security deposit of $100 will be required and only returned once the GYM is left in perfect condition, no damage is incurred, lights turned off and gym securely locked.

Groups affiliated with other Catholic Schools but not officially representing the school

A minimum rental of 3 hours is required at a cost of $300 with each additional hour assessed at the rate of $100. A security deposit of $100 will be required and only returned once the GYM is left in perfect condition, no damage is incurred, lights turned off and gym securely locked.

Groups that are active at Our Lady of the Lakes and use the GYM weekly

a daily fee of $50.00 for minimum of 3 hours. Any damage to the gym, including broken lights, must also be paid by the group.
